Terms of Service

The rules that govern access to and use of the QuickInsure platform.

Effective date: 18 July 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using QuickInsure, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with Netcode. If you use QuickInsure on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

2. The service

QuickInsure provides software tools to help teams quote, manage, and collaborate on insurance-related workflows. Features may change during development. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available in the same form.

QuickInsure is a software platform. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we are not your insurer, broker of record, or underwriter, and we do not provide regulated insurance advice solely by providing the software.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

You must verify your email address to access the full application. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or abusive.

4. Workspaces and invitations

Workspace owners and admins control membership and roles. You are responsible for content and invitations you create within a workspace and for complying with applicable employment and privacy laws when inviting teammates.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws, third-party rights, or insurance/regulatory requirements applicable to your business.
  • Probe, scan, or attack the service, or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Upload malware, scrape the service unreasonably, or overload infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Use the service to send spam or unlawful communications.
  • Resell or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted in writing.

6. Customer content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit customer content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

7. Intellectual property

QuickInsure, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback you provide may be used freely without obligation.

8. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party identity, email, hosting, or payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

9. Fees

Paid plans, if offered, will be described at purchase or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickInsure and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (in MAD), or (b) 1,000 MAD, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify QuickInsure against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account where the product allows. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca (Tribunal de commerce de Casablanca), subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
