Privacy Policy

How QuickInsure collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our service.

1. Who we are

Netcode (“QuickInsure”, “we”, “us”) operates the QuickInsure platform. For privacy questions, contact privacy@quickinsure.ma.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use QuickInsure, we may process:

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash, and verification status.
  • Workspace data: organization name, membership roles, and invitations.
  • Authentication data: session tokens and linked social-provider account IDs when you use OAuth.
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device signals, and basic product analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Support communications you send to us.
  • Billing data (when billing is enabled): customer identifiers and subscription status processed by our payment provider.

3. Why we process data

We process personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the QuickInsure service.
  • Authenticate users, verify email addresses, and reset passwords.
  • Operate multi-tenant workspaces and invitation flows.
  • Send transactional emails (verification, invites, security notices).
  • Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR (or UK GDPR) applies, we rely on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention); consent where required (e.g. certain cookies or marketing); and legal obligation when applicable.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure and email providers acting as processors under contract.
  • Identity providers you choose for social sign-in.
  • Payment processors when billing features are enabled.
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International transfers

If data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.

7. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account remains active and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion as described below, subject to legal retention duties.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and session protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, locale, and theme preferences. These are required for the service to function. We will update this section if we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.

11. Children

QuickInsure is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
